If you wish to cancel your order, Look at your last order – if the button next to it says ‘Cancel’, you still have time to cancel it by clicking that button. The status will change to 'Cancelled'. If the 'Cancel' button is not available, it is too late for you or our Customer Care team to cancel your order. You can return your order to us once you have received it. Once you return a product, your refund will be processed in 15 working days from the date of receipt of your returned product in the store depending on the payment mode you chose.

We are unable to offer exchange for products bought on Lalaland.pk at this time. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it highlighting the reason and place a new order.

Lalaland.pk does not offer any Gift Cards at this moment; we are working on it and should have the program implemented in near future.

Orders from different Merchants / Shops are separately packed and delivered in order to make sure that you receive goods as soon as possible. You can view the progress via the My Order section in your account. We will be sending your items in separate parcels so please check your emails for details. Each delivery note will tell you the items you can expect to find inside the package. Please check the delivery notes from each order to make sure you are not missing anything. If an item is missing, please contact our Customer Care team with the order number and the missing item's name and number. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.

If you receive a faulty item in your order, please contact our Customer Care team instantly and provide the following details for us to follow up on:

  • The order number
  • The faulty item's name and number
  • A description of the fault
  • An image where the fault clearly visible

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact our Customer Care team immediately with your order number and the incorrect item's details & picture instantly. We will get back to you as soon as we can with a resolution.

You cannot change an order and its details once confirmed. Upon confirmation, it takes little time for the order to be packed and marked ready for delivery.

Once you return a product, your refund takes up to 15 working days to be processed starting from the date of receipt of your returned product in the store and depending on the payment mode you chose.

Returning an item is easy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it using one of the options below. Please note that items are to be returned within 7 days of the shipping confirmation date to us. In addition, it is important that items be in their original condition, where the item is unworn, unwashed, without alterations and has all tags attached for them to be considered as a return and eligible for refund.

    We are unable to provide returns under following circumstances:
  • Products that are damaged due to negligence towards Wash Care instructions not being followed as per wash care label.
  • Products that are purchased from outside Pakistan.
  • Undergarments, accessories and flip-flops.

Lalaland.pk reserves the right to deny refund if the item does not meet its Return Policy guidelines. We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects. If you receive a damaged or defective item, or your item proves to be defective in workmanship or materials within 30 days with normal wear (excluding stains), we will always accept the item for assessment and provide a refund if validated as faulty.

    You can raise a Return Request for your item by following the steps below:
  1. Tap on ‘Order History’ under ‘My Orders’
  2. Choose the item to be Returned
  3. Enter details requested and create a return request

Returns are typically picked up from the original delivery address within two business days. Please ensure your package is ready to be picked up. Securely pack your return items the original packaging, making sure any old packing labels are removed or covered and the package is sealed.

Hand over the parcel to our shipping partner. If you miss your first return pickup, one more attempt will be made to pick up your return package on the following business day. After the second failed attempt, the return request will be marked as cancelled. As soon as we receive your return, we will proceed with the returns check and validation. Once the return has been approved, we will notify you by email and your refund will be credited within 7-12 working days. A member of our Customer Care team will get in touch with you in case your return fails meeting the return criteria.

There is no option to return multiple products with a single click on our website. Each product has to be returned individually as per the steps given below. However, based on the time at which you place the return request, we might send our executive to pick up all the returned products in one lot.

  3. Enter details requested and create a return request

Yes, as long as your pick up address is the same as your delivery address.

    Your return request may be declined due to the following reasons
  • Original tags are removed from the product
  • Product is stained, damaged or torn
  • Product is used or washed
  • Free products or accessories along with the original products are missing

Return pickup of your product might fail if the return pickup executive was unable to locate your address or if no one was available at the address to hand over the product. Usually under such circumstances, the executive will try to reach you on your mobile number.

If the first pickup attempt failed, another attempt will be made the next working day.

Once you return a product, your refund will be processed in 7 - 12 working days from the date of receipt of your returned product in the store depending on the payment mode you chose.

We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 7 working days of the order confirmation date. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within the stipulated time, we shall inform you about the same.

Delivery charges vary based on the product’s weight and volume; however, we try our best to keep them as low as possible. We also offer no delivery charges on select items and quantities for products that meet the threshold.

No. At this point, Lalaland.pk delivers products only within Pakistan.
